Orders

Orders must be placed before 3pm the day before. Any orders including canapés must be placed 48 hours before delivery. Orders placed after 3pm the day before will incur a 20% rush charge. This also includes orders placed after 3pm on a Friday.

Please note that any orders placed after 3.00pm the day before delivery, may be subject to change. A Chefs choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice and delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfill your order. This also includes orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday. Please call for further details

Please give 24 hours written notice for cancellations, or the full price may be charged. (Canapés cancellations require 48 hours notice).

There is a minimum order amount of £50, otherwise a £10 administration fee will be charged'.

Orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day.

Please contact our office in the morning (from 8.00) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.

Any orders that fall out of our catchment area (please enquire on catchment areas), there is a minimum order and a delivery charge.

Our normal office hours are 8am - 5pm. However, in an emergency our kitchen can be contacted on 0161 834 0123.

Common questions

• What if I have particular dietary requirements?


That's no problem at all. All our meals are perfect for normal healthy diets but we also cater for diabetic, gluten free, lower fat, moderate salt and vegetarian diets. The meals are carefully colour coded on our website as well as in our fully illustrated brochure.

• Do you offer Kosher meals?
We have a selection of Kosher meals available, please call your local outlet for more details.

• Do you offer ethnic meals?
We have a selection of ethnic meals available, please call your local outlet for more details.

• Where are your meals made?
The vast majority of our meals are made at our approved kitchen Somwhere

• Are the plastic trays recyclable?
Yes, our trays are made out PET plastic which is recyclable.

• Can I buy the meals as a present for a friend?
Absolutely, why not surprise a friend or relative with a selection of our delicious meals

• Do I have to pay a delivery fee?
Yes, please contact you local outlet for more details.

• If I pay by credit or debit card, when will the money be taken from my account?
Once your meals have been delivered the money will be taken out of your account.

How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or cheque on delivery, or alternatively use a credit or debit card.

• How do I order?
It couldn't be easier! Simply order on-line by adding your favourite meals to your shopping basket and proceeding to the checkout. You can choose to pay online by credit/debit card or pay the driver by cash or cheque. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail to let you know the date of your delivery. Alternatively, you can choose the meals you would like delivered from our fully illustrated brochure and telephone your order through to your local outlet. Our helpful staff will then tell you the price of the complete order and confirm your delivery day.

• What type of person buys our meals?
In short, anyone. The service and products are ideal for older members of our community but may be enjoyed by anyone who appreciates the ease and convenience. Customers may still want to live at home and retain their independence by being able to cater for themselves, not relying on others.
