How to Order

Either click the link to the PDF form and print it out, or go to the web order section to order online.
Complete all sections of the form, clearly stating the date and time of your function, then fax (printout) or submit (web order).
Whichever method you choose to submit your order, please phone to confirm it has been received on 020 7633 0099.

Orders must be placed before 3pm the day before. Any orders including canapes must be placed 48 hours before delivery. Orders placed after 3pm the day before will incur a 20% rush charge. This also includes orders placed after 3pm on a Friday.
Please give 24 hours written notice for cancellations, or the full price may be charged. (Canapes cancellations require 48 hours notice).
There is a minimum order amount of £50, otherwise a £10 administration fee will be charged'.
Orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day.
Please note that any orders placed after 3.00pm the day before delivery, may be subject to change. A Chefs choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice and delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfil your order. This also includes orders placed after 3.00pm on a Friday. Please call for further details.
Please contact our office in the morning (from 8.00) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.
Please note that we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries. We will confirm your order.
Any orders that fall out of our catchment area (outside Central London), there is a minimum order and a delivery charge.
Our normal office hours are 8am - 5pm. However, in an emergency our kitchen can be contacted on (020) 7633 9123.
Weekend charge
Weekend charge is £60.00 for Saturdays and Sundays including bank holidays.VAT

Please contact the office regarding payment if you are using London's Flying Chef for the first time.Our terms of business are 14 days from the date of invoice. We accept all major credit cards. Please note: a 4% surcharge will be added to all Credit Card payments.
London's Flying Chef reserves the right to charge 2% above HSBC base rate on overdue invoices. Customer queries must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
