We offer the highest quality catering in Manchester, prepared by our World Master Chef, Simon Firth. A 5 star standard using fresh, seasonal, local produce prepared in our kitchens at Manchester Central and delivered fresh to your event.

We also provide event planning and contract catering. We are one of Manchester's top outside and party caterers providing food for breakfast meetings, executive lunches, finger and working buffet lunches, private parties, all special dietary requirements and much more.

Fruit Platters

We provide fruit platters for any occasion, as part of a business lunch, for conferences, and more frequently, as a healthy office option for your team in their work place.
We deliver individual cut fruit platters or in multiples of 2 or fruit skewers for your team to eat on a daily basis. This fantastic way of maximising the out put and ensuring that your team is energised for those late afternoon meetings.

Staff & Item Hire

We are part of the Crown Group and therefore can offer you a full range of extra services from marquee hire, location and event management and high calibre staff. Staffing for events will be quoted separately on receipt of your individual requests. All items may be returned unwashed. Losses and breakages will be charged in full.

We also provide linen in a wide range of colours to match your style and theme, please phone for prices.
