We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value, if items become unavailable by factors relating to the market, season, supply or any other factors outside of our control.

Please note: orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day. Please contact our office in the morning (from 8.00) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.

Any orders that fall out of our catchment area, there is a minimum order of £60.00 excluding delivery and VAT.

Please note that we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries. We will confirm your order.

Any orders placed after 12:00pm the day before delivery, may be subject to change. A Chefs choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice and delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfill your order. This also includes orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday. Please call for further details.

Orders must be placed before 12pm the day before. Any orders including canapes must be placed before 12pm 72 hours before delivery. Orders for any fork or finger buffets must be placed before 12pm 48 hours in advance. Orders placed after 12pm the day before will incur a 20% rush charge. This also includes orders placed after 12pm on a Friday.
